End of support for non SP1 WSS 3.0/MOSS 2007 looming

Microsoft support for Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 without Service Pack 1 will end on January 13th 2009 (for more about Lifecycle Supported Service Packs check - http://support.microsoft.com/gp/lifesupsps#Office).

Prepare for the Upcoming Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 Service Pack 2, expected between February and April of 2009.
